This enables us to easily apply names, numbers and logos directly to your sportswear. We can add tour names, dates, individual surnames, initials and nicknames (nothing offensive).

Embroidery
With the latest state of the art embroidery machines, we can apply almost any design, name, number or logo to your garments. For text only (monogramming) there is no set up charge, only a price per application. For club/team logos the artwork needs to be set which incurs a one off set up fee. For future runs this set up fee does not need to be paid again, as we store your artwork in our library. We have a number of sporting stock images, which incur no set up fee, if you do not have your own artwork. Please call for details.

Printing
We can print designs in upto four colours and as well as screen printing, we are also able to offer a number of other printing techniques. We can add individual names and initials or numbers onto garments, in any colours. Do not worry, if you do not have your own artwork. For a small fee, we are able to convert sketches and hand lettering into a design.

Sewn on Numbers
We have a full range of cotton or polyester numbers for addition to garments. � For rugby jerseys, the numbers are applied to a cotton drill square and on most other garments the number is applied directly. (see below)

When to Use - Embroidery Versus Printing
Embroidery is better for smaller, more intricate designs, such as club crests and logos. It is also economical for monogramming (text) as there are no set up charges. We offer upto 12 colours in one design giving a truly professional image.
Printing is better for larger, less detailed designs. It is not so economical for smaller orders, in multiple colours, because of screen set up charges.
Artwork and logos

For embroidery please use a JPEG or PDF format.
For printing please use EPS, or Adobe PDF or Illustrator formats. For screen prints we require an authorised club member to approve the artwork before printing can commence.
For screen printing the best format is EPS. Print onto a dark colour often requires a white print (a flash colour) underneath the print. You do not see this colour, it is used to make the print stand out.
